March Magazine accepts article submissions and story ideas by freelance writers and photographers. The editorial staff reviews all story and art pitches based on its newsworthy quality and timeliness. Management also reserves the right to assign stories to freelancers depending on the current editorial calendar. All content submitted to March Magazine becomes property of the publication. Those wishing to contribute to March Magazine on a regular basis should provide links to as least (3) recently published samples and resume’ to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Articles are to be at least 500 words in length and adhere to Associated Press style. They are to be adequately researched and include quoted sources complete with names and formal job titles. Commentary pieces are also accepted but must explicitly be noted as such. The editorial staff reserves the right to use or reject all submitted work based on good taste and validity of claims therein.
Photo gallery submissions are accepted based on the content and quality of images. Images are to be at least 300 dpi or higher and must be complete with a suitable cutline with proper identifications. March Magazine uses Dropbox to transfer large format files.
